Bio: Erin Elair Moriarty was born on June 24, 1994, in New York City. She began acting at the age of 11, starring as Annie in a 2005 community theater production of Annie. Upon graduation from high school, she deferred attending college to pursue acting.

Moriarty made her television debut in 2010, appearing in the soap opera One Life to Live. She followed this up with guest roles in the television series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and White Collar. In 2013, she had her first major television role, playing Jessica in the ABC drama series Red Widow.

Moriarty's breakout role came in 2016, when she was cast as Annie January / Starlight in the Amazon Prime Video series The Boys. The series is a satirical take on the superhero genre, and Moriarty has received critical acclaim for her performance.

In addition to The Boys, Moriarty has also appeared in a number of films, including Captain Fantastic (2016), The Kings of Summer (2013), and Blood Father (2016). She is currently filming the upcoming film The Tender Bar, which is based on the memoir of the same name by J.R. Moehringer.
